Since September 2022 alone, Ukraine has managed to liberate over 10,000 square km. Every community freed from occupation comes with a wide-range of issues such as economic devastation and community security that need to be addressed in a systematic and comprehensive manner. The work of Ukrainian Recovery focuses on using both global best practices and the experience in the Donbas during the last 8 years. 

Our focal areas are those communities most acutely affected by the war currently on Zhitomir, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kyiv and Mykolaiv regions. The primary areas of operations will be those communities most impacted by the war.
